Icon has started with a slogan "A united effort to build country with courage". The liberty of the country was achieved in order to obtain economic solvency by millions of deaths. But it is an irony of fate that fifty percent of the total educated people of Bangladesh are unemployed. On the other hand, the rise of the capitalist class and the free trade economic system has strengthened the economic discrimination of the society to its peak.

 

Now for the complexity of the traditional banking system a man can not survive him in economic competition with his little amount in spite of having merit and quality. In fact it is also possible to acquire economic solvency altogether with poverty alleviation only uniting the large mass by well-planning, honest and quality leadership and ensuring the easy flow of capital.
